Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plant, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding skills with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant operations by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment and systems regularly to spot issues early.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and repair quickly.
• Weld, fabricate, or reinforce equipment and structures as needed.
• Record work performed, parts used, and time taken for maintenance history.
