SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to keep our concrete plant running smoothly. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and performing welding as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plant/industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Electrical, plumbing and welding skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues under pressure.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of plant safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep the plant running smoothly.
• Inspect equipment regularly and anticipate issues before they cause downtime.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems quickly.
• Use welding to fabricate/repair plant equipment and structures.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to prioritize repairs for uptime.
• Maintain detailed records of work, parts, and time taken.
