Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to help keep our concrete plant running smoothly. You will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, inspect equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns, while troubleshooting issues and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in plant, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, or welding tasks is required or strongly preferred.
Familiarity with plant safety rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant equipment and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to prevent downtime.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep production moving.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and repair grounds fast.
Weld, fabricate, or reinforce plant equipment and structures as needed.
