You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, weld when needed, and collaborate with plant leadership to prioritize repairs while ensuring safety and compliance. Home daily with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in plant, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience in a concrete plant is a big plus.
• Certified or capable in electrical, plumbing, and welding tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow plant rules.

Responsibilities

• Keep the plant running by handling a wide range of maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment regularly and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Weld to fabricate, repair, or reinforce plant equipment and structures.
• Prioritize repairs with plant leaders to keep production moving.
• Maintain accurate records of work, parts used, and time taken.
