Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our US-NY-Waverly plant. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance to support manufacturing operations, aiming to maximize production and reliability.

The role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic skills, with PM scheduling, parts management, and compliance. Shift is 12-hour nights, Sun-Sat 7p-7:30a; hourly pay ranges from $19 to $33 plus competitive benefits.

Competenze

High School or Vocational Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 50 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
Ability to work in temperature extremes.
2+ years Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.
Plastic process knowledge preferred.
Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, DC/AC motor & drives, downstream equipment, chillers).
Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders for CMMS.
Order replacement parts and control components from suppliers as needed.
Contribute to CMMS performance and PM/Repair Work Order completion.
First responder to troubleshooting machine problems; coordinate with Electrical Engineering as needed.
Support daily management directives and initiatives.
Develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects to improve production efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with Production staff to ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment.
