Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our New York plant to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on extrusion lines, drives, motors, chillers, and related equipment to sustain maximum production and safety.

You will follow PM schedules, manage a spare parts inventory, and collaborate with production staff to ensure reliable operation. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and drive systems is preferred. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School or vocational diploma required.
• +2 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (extruers, drives, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs to sustain production.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Support CMMS through timely work orders and PM completion.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineering for complex issues.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure safe and reliable plant equipment operation.
