Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades teams.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team; planning meetings, performance appraisals, staffing levels, and workload assignments.
• Provides effective feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure EHS rules are understood and followed.
• Maintains compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and interfaces with union officials.
• Reviews production and operating reports to resolve issues and minimize costs and delays.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure operational performance and utilization.
• Promotes EHS and continuous improvement culture.
