Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience, strong problem-solving and communication, and proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring maintenance staff or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to troubleshoot high-level process issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; may be required to work long hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and maintain records.
• Manage crises and delegate critical tasks as needed.
• Develop employee growth through coaching and development.
