Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2+ years' leadership experience to include team development and management.
• Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields and TPM experience.
• Strong knowledge of world-class maintenance systems and SAP/PM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong planning ability.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance systems to maximize plant capacity and minimize cost.
• Schedule work to maximize task completion with minimal disruption.
• Lead maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs (TPM).
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.
