Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 2+ years of relevant experience; related field preferred.
• Ability to lead by training, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting across high-level processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance; train staff on safety and methods; supervise documentation and systems.
• Plan and schedule maintenance with Production; implement TPM/SOPs; address equipment failures and repairs.
• Develop KPIs for maintenance performance; provide status reports to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations; maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Provide crisis management and continuity support; delegate tasks when needed; drive a positive development culture.
