Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant operations, maintenance and E&I activities at our New Jersey facility. You will lead a team, ensure safe and compliant operation, and coordinate with the Plant Manager on budgets and procedures.

The role requires 6–8 years of related experience, supervisory background, and strong CMMS and Microsoft Office skills. Travel may be involved and a strong safety focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6–8 years of related experience
• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of steam generating power plant operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience using CMMS

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise work of operations, maintenance and labor during daily operations and outages.
• Develop, maintain and implement operating and emergency procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections of plant machinery for safety and environmental compliance.
• Allocate daily work and coordinate with Operations; maintain on-call schedules.
• Develop and implement an effective training program for staff.
• Assist plant manager in budgeting and maintenance strategies.
• Oversee maintenance and E&I functions and coordinate with contractors.
• Prepare and schedule maintenance work orders and manage maintenance records.
• Maintain CMMS and spare parts inventory; ensure quality control.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance across the facility
