Flowers Foods, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across production lines.

You will partner with plant leaders, drive disciplinary decisions when needed, and contribute to developing technicians and apprentices while maintaining high equipment reliability. Salary range reflects the role in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair/installation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift: schedule and manage hourly maintenance staff, execute PMs, and manage line calls.
• Communicate shift readiness and coordinate with adjacent shifts.
• Review parts requests and oversee parts checked out on shift (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
• Execute small-scale maintenance projects; maintain shift reporting and plan for next day.
• Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Conduct critical process inspections and PM work verification of technicians.
