Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in Colorado is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance (PMs), and collaborate with plant leaders to ensure safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance.

This role drives equipment reliability and continuous improvement on the production floor. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical wiring, PLCs, motor control, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field desired; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Licenses to work with boilers & refrigeration equipment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; schedule and manage hourly staff, execute PMs, and manage line calls.
• Communicate shift preparation/meetings with previous and next shifts.
• Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift.
• Utilize SAP to review PM orders, work requests, and updates.
• Lead small maintenance projects and oversee shift reporting and planning.
• Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Perform PM verification and ensure safety and compliance.
