Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado to oversee hourly maintenance teams and drive PM efficiency.

The role partners with plant leadership to ensure safety, food quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding technicians and apprentices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience and proven skills in electrical wiring, PLCs, motor control, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift; supervise hourly staff and manage preventive maintenance (PM) and line calls.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate shift prep with adjacent teams.
• Review parts requests and track parts checked out on shift.
• Use SAP to review work orders, PMs, and update breakdowns.
• Lead small maintenance projects and plan next-day activities.
• Conduct employee reviews and coach technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company policies.
