Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to plan, supervise and optimize plant facilities and equipment. You will direct engineering staff, read schematics, train new hires and ensure safety and policy compliance across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership in industrial maintenance, electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting, and collaboration with management to sustain production quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations preferred.
Knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, motor control and PLCs.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical equipment repair.

Responsibilities

Plans, assigns and directs activities of engineering personnel on assigned shift.
Supervises and participates in repair and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
Trains new employees per procedures and plant training programs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and safety programs.
Maintains clean, organized work areas and supports attendance policies.
