Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance staff on the production floor and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage PMs, coordinate shift handoffs, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC and motor control knowledge, and experience with SAP. It offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package at our Florida facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, and equipment repair.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the floor on shift: schedule and manage hourly staff, perform preventive maintenance (PMs), and respond to line calls.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and ensure readiness for the next shift.
• Review parts requests and track parts checked out (Parts Tag Receipt).
• Use SAP to review work orders, PMs, and breakdown notifications.
• Lead small maintenance projects and drive on-shift PM verification.
