Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant's mechanical maintenance activities, with a team of technicians reporting to this role. You will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental requirements.

You will organize daily preventive/repair maintenance, train staff, manage records in SAP, coordinate with procurement, and assist in budgeting while adhering to health, safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Industrial Maintenance as field of study preferred.
5 years heavy industry electrical & instrumentation experience.
Comprehensive computer software knowledge including Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SAP.

Responsibilities

Organize, schedule, and oversee daily preventive/repair maintenance activities.
Supervise, train, and develop mechanical maintenance staff to achieve department goals.
Complete records, forms, and other paperwork (SAP time entry, notifications, orders).
Evaluate and resolve problems affecting overall equipment efficiency.
Coordinate procurement and ensure supplies and parts are available when required.
