Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Lead - Days to coordinate plant maintenance activities, plan preventive care, and troubleshoot equipment. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with mechanics, electricians, and engineers to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, maintaining records, mentoring the team, and ensuring compliance with Amrize safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing maintenance (mechanical, electrical, millwright, welding and fabrication).
• Ability to read and interpret layouts and fabrication drawings.
• Understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs for communication with management and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, tasks, and priorities for the maintenance team.
• Assist electricians and engineers with routine tasks.
• Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and execute ideas to improve machinery and production processes.
• Perform preventative, breakdown, and project maintenance on plant equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and repair records.
• Communicate repairs and adjustments to supervision.
• Support safety, health, and environmental policies.
