Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead the maintenance team at our Hubbard, Texas facility. You will oversee safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities, prioritizing maintenance tasks and guiding the team to improve reliability and productivity.

You will provide technical guidance and training, work with Plant Managers to prioritize needs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while fostering a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years of specialized training preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, or related supervision within construction/industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily maintenance team activities safely and on schedule.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install plant machinery and equipment per specs.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment.
