The role emphasizes organizing daily activities, budgeting, and coordinating with procurement to secure parts and services while maintaining high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or years of equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industrial maintenance background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and oversee daily preventive/repair maintenance activities.
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff to meet department goals.
• Maintain maintenance records and SAP entries (time, notifications, orders).
• Manage budget and interface with procurement for parts and services.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA and safety guidelines.
