Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Manager at its Moorhead MN location to lead mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance efforts across engineering, projects, and plant services. You will drive high performance, align plans to KPIs, and guide capital investments while coaching a team and controlling budgets.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in a related industrial facility, with mechanical/process/mining engineering background and SAP/MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in the aggregate or similar industrial facility.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical, Process, or Mining Engineering.
• Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP experience strongly desired.
• Travel Requirements: Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance related matters.
• Oversee the maintenance department to achieve KPIs; coordinate planning with internal customers.
• Align maintenance plans to achieve KPIs and market demand.
• Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to all employees in the maintenance department.
• Manage department budgets and ensure effective control of costs.
• Analyze operation performance and report results to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize overall equipment effectiveness at the lowest sustainable maintenance cost.
• Perform statistical analysis, prepare reports, and maintain department records.
• Promote safety and health policies and a culture of safety in all work environments.
