Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead the maintenance team at our Hubbard, TX facility. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot plant equipment, and drive preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and uptime.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance or supervision, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and a proven ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum five years in production, maintenance, or related supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance team activities safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and install plant machinery per specs and plans.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance for crushers, conveyors, belts, pumps, and motors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and replace damaged components.
• Provide coaching, training, and leadership to maintenance staff.
