Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead engineering and maintenance, ensure preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime. The role oversees staff, budgets, and training to maintain production capacity and OSHA compliance.

The position is on 1st shift (5:30am–3:30pm) with potential weekend rotation; prior CM, maintenance, or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred. Refresco offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) plus four years in a high speed manufacturing environment with a mechanical/electrical background.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment.
• CMRP or equivalent is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily work log documenting equipment/process incidents requiring follow-up actions.
• Supports department safety training program with weekly meetings and inspections.
• Conducts accident investigations for injuries requiring medical attention.
• Assesses skills of staff and develops training opportunities to close gaps.
• Coordinates weekly work schedule with planner/scheduler and reviews future jobs.
