Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead the maintenance team and ensure preventive maintenance of the plant and all equipment.

You will drive electrical troubleshooting, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to maximize production capacity. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role covers days with a 2-2-3 continental shift and requires strong leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with production to improve throughput and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 5-7 years manufacturing facility experience.
• Dairy/aseptic experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for maintenance; oversee preventive maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting; minimize downtime and maximize capacity.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and OHSA compliance.
• Lead and direct work of other employees; participate in hiring/disciplines.
• Improve processes; document SOPs and implement best practices.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and optimize uptime.
