Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift (5:30am–3:30pm) in a high-speed beverage plant. You will lead engineering and maintenance, ensure preventive maintenance, and drive safety and efficiency across the operation.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching staff, analyzing MTBF data, and coordinating with planners to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent experience) plus four years in a high speed manufacturing environment with a mechanical/electrical background.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment.
• CMRP certification or equivalent highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily work log documenting equipment/process incidents and follow-up actions.
• Supports department safety training and enforces lock-out/tag-out and other safety programs.
• Supervises the quality of workmanship, auditing work during and after completion.
• Coordinates plant maintenance requirements with planner/scheduler to upgrade, modify, or repair equipment.
• Utilizes data to analyze failure modes and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
