Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide direction and supervision to a team of maintenance employees, ensuring safety and compliance with GMP and applicable laws. You will act as a resource and escalation point and coach staff on maintenance best practices.

The role emphasizes planning, preventive maintenance, and leadership. You will use SAP for task planning, maintain records, train staff, and collaborate with the maintenance manager on projects and asset

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2–5 years of maintenance or related experience with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures; relevant licenses may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign daily jobs and supervise maintenance staff.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan.
• Use SAP to plan tasks, parts, and durations during plant operations.
• Ensure staff understand work practices and safety procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship; handle escalations and performance development.
