You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure safety and food safety compliance, and partner with production, QA, and operations to meet performance goals. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability improvement, and adherence to GMP and HACCP in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Coordinate with QA, Food Safety, and Operations to meet company objectives.
• Lead day-to-day maintenance activities and supervise technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and assign work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and part inventory.
