Job summary

The successful candidate will direct a professional maintenance group, manage budgets, ensure GMP compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• Understanding of PLC and equipment automation preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and achieve results.
• Experience with safety programs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Supervise contractors on site ensuring safety and GMP requirements.
• Manage maintenance metrics and balance tactical/strategic initiatives.
• Assist with planning and budgeting for capital and operating costs.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance reporting and decision making.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and Kronos.
• Coordinate with planning to optimize personnel deployment.
• Support root cause analysis and reliability programs.
• Promote company culture and MFI ARMED program.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
