Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field required/preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations or maintenance.
CMRP certification preferred.
Understanding of PLC and equipment automation preferred.
Trained in MFI MTL1, MTL2, MTL3 skills preferred.
Prior SAP experience preferred.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise department team members to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Oversee maintenance or project contractors onsite with focus on safety and GMP.
Balance maintenance initiatives with plant business strategies during shifts.
Assist with planning and budgeting for capital and operating costs.
Investigate equipment, building, and grounds conditions and recommend improvements.
Utilize CMMS and support asset reliability analysis and RCA/RCM processes.
Maintain accurate records and coordinate with planning for staffing and scheduling.
