Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred; demonstrated leadership aptitude.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations or maintenance.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• Understanding of PLC and equipment automation preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively.
• Excellent administrative and follow-up skills to achieve maintenance and repair programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department team members to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost are improved to meet objectives.
• Supervise maintenance or project contractors onsite with safety and GMP compliance.
• Balance maintenance initiatives with plant business strategies while on shift.
• Assist with planning and budgeting for capital and operating needs.
• Utilize CMMS (MFI) to manage maintenance reporting and decisions.
• Maintain accurate records (SAP data, Kronos, KPI’s) and support planning.
