Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• Understanding of PLC and equipment automation preferred.
• Prior SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Supervise maintenance or project contractors on site, with safety and GMP compliance.
• Plan and manage budgets and capital projects.
• Maintain records in SAP, Kronos, KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and corporate stakeholders to drive reliability.
