Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Maintenance Manager at our Burnside facility to lead maintenance operations and drive safety, reliability, and cost control. You will mentor a team, optimize the Work Process, and champion SAP-driven improvements to maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities include budgeting, bi-annual turnarounds, capital project support, and strong collaboration with Manufacturing Operations to ensure alignment with production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of chemical/petrochemical maintenance/operations experience; 5+ years supervisory.
• PSM experience and HazWoper/HazMat training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance leadership and improve safety, health, and environmental performance.
• Drive maintenance best practices and SAP-driven improvements in work processes.
• Oversee budgeting, bi-annual turnarounds, and capital project support.
• Manage contractors and ensure alignment with operations goals.
• Lead incident investigations related to maintenance events.
