• 10 years of maintenance experience in water/wastewater
• 5+ years in supervisory/management roles
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
• Develop SOPs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
