Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Maintenance Manager to develop work plans and manage maintenance projects across plant operations. You will direct maintenance mechanics, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure environmental compliance in a dynamic facility.

This role requires strong supervisory experience in a plant setting, with knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. The position involves field work, on-site presence, and time outside standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience supervising in a plant environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or trade school graduate.
• Experience leading or supervising a small team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans and schedules for maintenance projects.
• Direct maintenance mechanics and participate in execution of work.Coordinate labor, parts, and tools for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain CMMS records and track equipment histories and parts usage.
• Manage outsourced maintenance projects with vendors.
