Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance activities, manage a team of supervisors and contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the site. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate with the Deputy/Site Leader, and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred but not required.
• 10 years of maintenance experience in water/wastewater, 5+ years in supervisory/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive and planned maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare work orders and CMMS data; generate reports and requisitions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the site.
• Lead maintenance team, technicians and contractors to optimize uptime.
• Develop SOPs for routine and non-routine tasks and manage budget communications.
