Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance activities across the site, oversee a team of supervisors and technicians, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency while delivering cost‑effective maintenance services.

You will coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment, drive improvements, and partner with site leadership to meet goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred but not required.
• 10 years of maintenance experience in the water and wastewater industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safety, quality and efficiency across the site.
• Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to plan, budget and optimize maintenance tasks and rosters.
