Job summary

Graham Packaging in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, coordinate with engineering and production, and drive equipment reliability while reducing operating costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent maintenance leadership experience, strong communication and teamwork, budget management, and a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. Travel is limited to occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related maintenance experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; customer service mindset.
• Proven leadership in a maintenance supervisory/manager role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance operations and coordinate with departments to meet quality, safety and cost goals.
• Develop and implement maintenance processes to optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Maintain contact with Engineering for machinery improvements and reliability initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budget and supervise shift personnel; mentor staff and conduct trainings.
• Interact with vendors and visitors; may lead special projects; travel up to 25%.
