Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams, develop work plans, and drive reliable plant operations across US sites. You will supervise technicians, coordinate parts and contractors, and manage project execution to keep equipment running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a technical or trade school background (or a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering), plus 4+ years supervising in a plant setting, with experience in instrumentation and

Qualifications

• Technical or trade school graduate.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 4 years’ experience supervising in a plant environment, building, or large facility as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Planner/Scheduler.
• 4 years’ experience leading or supervising a small team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees, materials, spare parts, and supplies to support efficient and effective maintenance projects for the Maintenance Department andOperations Department.
• Prepare detailed job schedules, providing fully developed work plans for projects andenvironmental compliance issues.
• Coordinate labor, parts, materials tools/equipment and access to the equipment.
• Job planning includes estimates for labor and materials, reporting on performance against goals/estimates, maintaining records of maintenance execution, equipment histories and equipment parts usage, logistical requirements.
• Manages Maintenance Projects outsourced to mechanical or electrical vendors and maintains CMMS database.
