Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to oversee and perform maintenance and repair activities at our treatment facilities. The role involves supervising field teams, planning work orders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include hands-on mechanical work, minor electrical tasks, and equipment maintenance across treatment plants and pumping stations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relevant mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math.
• Proficiency in PPE usage and safety procedures.
• Experience with basic fabrication or welding may be required at site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance on mechanical equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Coach and train team members to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and minor electrical work.
• Prepare work orders and maintain accurate reports and requisitions.
• May fabricate devices, weld, thread pipe, and solder as needed.
• Assist with inventory and orientation of new maintenance staff.
