Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel.
• Manage maintenance budgets, labor, spare parts, and supplier performance.
• Prioritize repairs and support new equipment installations while minimizing downtime.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across the department.
• Maintain strong safety practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E compliance.
