Smithfield Fresh Meats Corp is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, minimize downtime, and keep production lines running at peak efficiency.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, USDA compliance, and data-driven performance tracking with KPIs. Relocation is available and collaboration and problem-solving are core to success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
Experience leading staff or projects and training others.
Strong problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; implement TPM and SOPs.
Develop KPIs and report maintenance performance to management.
Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records.
Provide leadership and coaching to staff.
