Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4 years in related field.
• Technical Diploma or associate degree in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with all levels of staff and contractors.
• Ability to operate forklifts, Genie lifts, scissor lifts, or other PITs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians; ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs for minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with production and other teams to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety protocols and GMPs are followed on the job.
• Manage inventory and ensure tools/parts are available for repairs.
• Follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures and maintain a safe, high-performance environment.
