Voltava is seeking a Plant Liaison for the 2nd shift to serve as the primary contact at the customer’s facility, overseeing installation, material flow, and issue resolution. You will work with customer representatives and Voltava leadership to ensure quality and operational standards are upheld.

The role emphasizes strong communication, root-cause analysis, and proactive problem solving to minimize disruptions and maintain efficient workflows. MS Office proficiency is required.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with material handling, production flow, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Familiarity with company systems, standard operating procedures, process documentation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact between Voltava and customers at the customer’s manufacturing facility.
• Monitor product installation and material flow to minimize production disruptions.
• Coordinate corrective actions with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and coordinate practical solutions.
• Maintain close attention to detail when monitoring installation, material flow, quality concerns, and documentation.
• Use MS Office to support accurate reporting and documentation.
