Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure’s Cardington facility seeks a Plant Manager to assume full operational and strategic ownership. You will lead safety, quality, and customer service while directing manufacturing, logistics, and support functions in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, journeying from planning to execution, driving continuous improvement via Lean/Six Sigma, and partnering with HR on talent development and labor relations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership.
• Metal fabrication experience in a high‑mix/low‑volume environment.
• Some college education required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns Cardington facility operations (safety, quality, delivery).
• Leads production planning, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Manages budget, KPIs (OEE, downtime, labor).
• Ensures OSHA compliance and customer audits.
