Job summary

Harbour Industries LLC, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a Plant Manager to lead an aerospace‑driven facility. You will drive safety, quality, and profitability while coaching cross‑functional teams to deliver on schedules and customer commitments.

You will develop long‑term operations strategy, manage budgets, and partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure excellence in execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a Plant Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules are met and safety upheld.
• Own Safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and capital expenditures for the facility.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Planning, and Sales to align operations.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and cross-functional team coaching.
• Oversee maintenance strategies and digital transformation efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

MBA or advanced degree preferred
