Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements HR strategies, programs, and policies.
• Partners with business leaders for talent acquisition and management.
• Guides site leaders to foster a high-performance workforce and compliance.
