Qualifications

Knowledge of OSHA, GMPs, and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for a union workforce of approximately 120 employees.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Interpret and apply the collective bargaining agreement.
