• Minimum 6 years HR experience, including professional-level roles.
• Experience advising small management teams and labor relations familiarity.
• Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, and Title VII.

Responsibilities

• Support area HR Director with recruitment, policy interpretation, and program delivery.
• Lead investigations and partner with Compliance and Legal on employee relations issues.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and talent planning.
• Ensure labor relations alignment in union facilities and manage leave administration.
• Provide coaching to area leaders and facilitate HR campaigns.
