New Horizons Baking Company is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations for hourly team members. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and union-related activities to build a positive, inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years HR experience, strong labor-law knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with hybrid onsite work in Fremont, IN. SHRM certification is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 2–5 years HR experience with union exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Teams experience.
• Bilingual in Arabic/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for hourly team members.
• Manage union-related matters and contract compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Coach managers on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
• Partner with departments and vendors; HRIS integrity.
• Stay informed on HR initiatives and employee engagement.
