Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Franklin, Wisconsin seeks a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR support for the Plant Manager, salaried staff, and hourly workforce. You will head a dedicated HR team, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading HR teams supporting both salaried and hourly staff.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data interpretation/analysis.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• HR leadership and plant support to the Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Develop and lead the plant HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the facility.
• Oversee staffing strategies to meet production needs and build pipelines.
• Develop apprenticeship programs and partnerships with local schools.
